Monitor Ed Board endorses Kasich

The editorial board of the Concord Monitor has endorsed John Kasich in the upcoming New Hampshire primary on Feb. 9th, saying the Ohio Governor is the candidate with the best record to support his case.
His career in public service began in 1978, when he became a state senator at age 26. He served nine terms in the U.S. House of Representatives, with 18 years on the House Armed Services Committee and six years as chairman of the Budget Committee. In 2010, he was elected governor of Ohio and was re-elected four years later in a landslide.
The editorial suggests that the economic turnaround Ohio has experienced since Kasich took the reins should appeal to fiscal conservatives.
