Part of this bill calls for spending $500 billion over the next five years on improving roads, bridges, seaports, and transit systems. New Hampshire would see a 30% increase in funding. The future of public transportation is also discussed.<br \/>\nThe Congressman believes that the differences between the House and Senate police reform bills can be reconciled.
