We were joined by the Program Director of the event, Andrew MacLeay who explained that one of the goals this year is to beat a Guinness Book of World Record mark for most bagpipers in a single performance. The old record was set in Bulgaria and organizers are looking for over 400 participants to crush the old standard. If you have a set of bagpipes, you could be a part of history.
