Police said Tuesday a person of interest in robberies in Concord and Goffstown has been taken into custody.
\nSomeone saw a story about the robberies on WMUR, recognized the suspect and called police. The man, Christopher Aldrich, was taken into custody a short time later on unrelated outstanding warrants.
\nIn the first robbery on Sunday afternoon at the Concord Mart convenience store, surveillance photos showed Aldrich slashing the clerk with a knife during a struggle over the cash drawer.
\nThe Citizens Bank on Church Street in Goffstown was robbed on Monday afternoon. No weapon was shown during that robbery.
