Wednesday’s show featured WKXL’s own Alex Posani, the public address voice of the New Hampshire Mountain Kings and New Hampshire Fisher Cats. Among the topics discussed, the recent ruling by Major League Baseball to allow consideration for Pete Rose and “Shoeless” Joe Jackson to be enshrined in the Hall of Fame. Both had been permanently banned from the Hall of Fame voting process. Also included on the show, the NBA Draft “Lottery”, ESPN’s decision to drop Major League Baseball in favor of the Savannah Bananas and Concord having the area’s top drinking water for five of the past six years.
