Tuesday we looked ahead to the 50th anniversary of the New Hampshire Highland Games and Festival being held September 19-21 at the Loon Mountain Resort in Lincoln, New Hampshire. We were joined by the Program Director of the event, Andrew MacLeay who explained that one of the goals this year is to beat a Guinness Book of World Record mark for most bagpipers in a single performance. The old record was set in Bulgaria and organizers are looking for over 400 participants to crush the old standard. If you have a set of bagpipes, you could be a part of history.
