Tuesday’s program featured Wes Riley who has been at the forefront of the Concord “Learn to Skate” program for literally generations. Over the years Wes has been responsible for instructing thousands of area youngsters over the years including some of Concord’s royalty like the Blossoms, Craigues and Mounseys just to name a few.
