The 6th annual 1883 Black Ice Pond Hockey Championship was held January 29-31 at White Park in Concord, NH. With temperatures in the 40’s during the day, Saturday was “boots only” (definitely an entertaining thing to watch!) and Sunday was inside at the Everett Arena. This year brought in 92 teams, put into 6 divisions, playing on up to 6 rinks at a time at White Park.
