Governor Walker attended the funeral of one of the Marines killed in the Chattanooga, Tennessee. Sgt. Carson Holmquist was laid to rest in the small town of Grantsburg, Wisconsin on Saturday. Scott Walker is looking forward to campaigning in the Granite State soon. So far, he has made ten trips to New Hampshire. He promises that he will be riding his Harley-Davidson through all ten counties while attending town hall meetings and assorted meet and greets.

Walker has a simple three part program which includes the following: 1) Get Americans the education and job skills that will give them more than a minimum wage; 2) Get government out of the way of small business and job creators; and 3) Get rid of Obamacare. He describes himself as someone who has demonstrated that he can fight and that he can win.

The key question that is frequently asked about choosing a governor as president is, “Are they ready for the challenges of foreign policy and national security issues?”

Governor Walker has spent a great deal of time trying to prepare by meeting with former generals, national security experts, former ambassadors, and world leaders. However, he points to the successful leadership of a former governor of California. Ronald Reagan had no foreign policy experience and was successful because he was a strong leader. If the Iran Deal goes into effect, President Walker would do his best to terminate what he calls a very bad and dangerous deal. Walker would reinstate the sanctions, work with Congress to impose stronger sanctions, and talk to our allies about putting sanctions in place. He believes that Iran cannot be trusted

In closing, Governor Walker shared an interesting personal story about how he met and won his wife by writing notes on a napkin at a barbeque restaurant.
