A Manchester man convicted on drug-related charges is suing the Rockingham County Department of Corrections. Police are releasing the name of a man who is accused of getting behind the wheel while drunk and rolling his car several times. A nonprofit group is hoping to help combat the rising drug abuse problem in New Hampshire.
