Police have suspect in Concord, Goffstown robberies

Police said Tuesday a person of interest in robberies in Concord and Goffstown has been taken into custody.
Someone saw a story about the robberies on WMUR, recognized the suspect and called police. The man, Christopher Aldrich, was taken into custody a short time later on unrelated outstanding warrants.
In the first robbery on Sunday afternoon at the Concord Mart convenience store, surveillance photos showed Aldrich slashing the clerk with a knife during a struggle over the cash drawer.
The Citizens Bank on Church Street in Goffstown was robbed on Monday afternoon. No weapon was shown during that robbery.
Police said they believe that Aldrich committed both robberies.
