Detective Sergeant Dick Perreault of New Hampshire State Police joined the conversation to talk about the DARE (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) program in NH. Sgt. Perreault is the state facilitator for DARE in NH and oversees the training and funding the organization needs to continue its’ work in elementary, middle and high schools.
